Feasibilty Study

GRO was asked to study the feasibility of a new headquarters complex for the China National Building Materials Corporation. The new building would allow the group to relocate its operations from Shanghai to Bengbu, China. The site, a rural and vacant one overlooking the area’s Dragon Lake region, is imagined to contain two towers to house the company’s broad interests in glass, and specifically photovoltaic, and concrete production. These materials that are utilized in the building’s design. Additional programs include a convention center, small hotel, and museum dedicated to the company’s history.
